Julie was very responsive and took time to understand our needs, making suggestions about other properties to consider and talking through pros and cons. She knows the area well, and has provided very helpful information about contractors and ideas on how to improve the properties.

My father designed our house in St. Joseph, MI. Four generations of our family knew it as the "family home". We vetted 5 realtors. Julie Quardokus was the most prepared in her submission of qualifications, checking off every box in our criteria list. She was an easy selection. Julie was the only realtor to truly understand the design of the house, its history and it's features. She saw the true beauty and value in the DESIGN of the home and she presented it that way in her approach to the sale. We live in northern Illinois which presented a challenge in selling a home in Michigan. Julie was always available to us by phone/email/text and was always ready with an answer to our inquiries. She assisted us in areas such as contents removal (to family members and refuse), and her sales/marketing tools were all top notch. We had an acceptable offer in the first week. I knew when I first met Julie during the initial interview in my home of 43 years that I could trust her to sell my home. I didn't feel this from this a previous expereience several years ago with another real estate.
